My Teaching Philosophy
As an educator, I prioritize fostering critical thinking by encouraging students to examine social issues and identify what matters most to them. I guide students in applying relevant theoretical frameworks and methodologies, helping them navigate complex problems with a deeper understanding of their discipline. Collaborative learning is central to my approach, where group discussions create a platform for students to share ideas, communicate effectively, and learn from diverse perspectives. I also strive to equip students with the tools and strategies needed to investigate and solve complex issues, preparing them to be conscientious and innovative decision-makers. Above all, I cultivate a supportive and engaged learning community that values collaboration, mutual respect, and creativity, helping students grow into compassionate and dedicated scholars.
